Filled out Application Form
Color copy photograph (in high resolution jpeg format) and signature with black ink in white background
Valid Medical certificate by a physician recognized by White list country as authorized to carry out seafarers examinations
Officers Certificate of Competency (COC), SSO or DSD endorsement course / General Operator Certificate (GOC) / Ratings valid STCW 78 as amended courses, SSO, DSD or security awareness, PDE endorsement (if applicable)

Our business model
- Companies employing, recruiting, or selecting seafarers to obtain Panama crew licenses should submit applications in a timely manner for an efficient processing and delivery of seafarer’s documentation.
- Correspondence relating to applications will be sent to the Company on time. All parties are encouraged to maintain their contact details updated to avoid any delays in application process.
- The Company should immediately notify our office of any crew license that are reported as being lost or destroyed in order to apply for duplicate certificate (if applicable).
